We had lots of fun at Space Academy Holiday Bible Club in summer 2019

Lots of games, fun, friends and sunshine!

Plus we heard all about Daniel, who was not scared or frightened because he trusted God was always with him in a strange new place  and and was always there to help him                                         face some very scary situations.

Here's a video to show you some of the fun and learning we got up to in 2019!

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, we have not been able to run our usual summer holiday clubs.

We will be planning more new and exciting summer and other adventures soon, so please check back here for more news soon.

All our youth and children's teams here at Trinity are DBS checked and work hard to plan appropriate activities for this age group who seem to have boundless energy and can be very excitable – it’s great!

Holiday Bible Club Frequently Asked Questions:

We are sure that you will have questions about the Holiday Bible Club.  Read on to find some answers to your questions:

Who is running the club?

The club is organised by Trinity Free Church.  The Leaders and helpers give their time freely to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely, and that the children have a fun-filled week.  All adults are DBS checked and many have experience of working with children regularly through their jobs or in church youth work.

Who will be looking after my child?

Children are divided by age into small groups.  Each group has at least one adult leader and helpers who take responsibility for the welfare of the children.  Friends are allocated to the same group where possible.

What happens each day?

We have a packed daily timetable!  A live Bible witness and drama set the theme of the day and this is explored further through teaching in age groups, crafts and games.   We have a drink and snacks halfway through the morning.

How do I collect my child?

Children enter the club at 9am through the main reception at Highfields Primary. On collecting your child, we ask you enter through the main reception, but exit through the doors in the main hall. Please be very careful when driving into the car park because there will be a lot of children around!

Someone else will be collecting my child.  What do I need to do?

Please give the reception desk details of the person who will be picking up.  There is an emergencies only contact number during club hours which will be available on the first day.

Is there anything for adults?

YES!  Please come along to events planned for parents, carers, friends and family of club children which are advertised on the club publicity leaflets. This includes a free family celebration and BBQ on the Friday evening at the end of Holiday Club week, which is held at Trinity Free Church, Trinity Road.
